Amdanom

Buon ni’n lwcus i gael gafael ar ein tir yn Haf 2018. Ers hynny, rydyn ni wedi plannu perllan (o amrywiaethau lleol), coed cnau a gwinllan. Rydym hefyd wedi plannu mwy o goed cynhenid, ac yn plannu llysiau a ffrwythau yn 2021.

Mae Antonio yn wneuthurwr gwin sydd wedi bod yn gweithio ar draws y byd ers 2006. Ar hyn o bryd, mae’n gweithio fel wneuthurwr gwin Gwinllan Ancre Hill yn Nhrefynwy a sefydlwr Gwinoedd Cunning Anchovy, prosiect bychan yn neud gwinoedd unigryw o genhedloedd bychain.

Mae Sioned yn ymgyrchydd ac ymchwilydd ol-ddoethuriaeth. Mae’n gweithio i brosiect ynni cymunedol lleol, Ynni Sir Gâr ar brosiectau ynni adnewyddadwy a mentrau cynaliadwy. Cafodd ei eni tair milltir i ffwrdd o Lwyn Pur, ac yn disgwyl mlaen i fagu’r genhedlaeth nesaf o’r teulu yma.

About

We were lucky to get hold of our land in the Summer of 2018. Since then we have planted an orchard, (choosing local varieties), nut trees and a vineyard. We have also planted native trees, and will be planting some perennial veg and fruit in 2021.

Antonio is a qualified winemaker and has been making wine all over the world since 2006. He is currently working as the winemaker for Ancre Hill Vineyard in Monmouth and is also the founder of Cunning Anchovy Wines, a small project making boutique, one-off wines from small nations.

Sioned is a post doctorate researcher and activist. She works for Ynni Sir Gâr, a local community energy project in Carmarthenshire, on renewable energy and sustainability schemes. She was born and raised three miles away from Llwyn Pur, and looks forward to raising the next generation of the family here.
